Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, kitchen utensils and keeping the various work areas clean.
Main responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse and disinfect plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
- Ensure the cleanliness and quality of the washed items.
- Keep kitchen equipment, work surfaces and storage areas clean.
- Clean floors, walls and equipment according to established hygiene standards.
- Collect, separate and dispose of kitchen waste properly.
- Ensure recycling of recyclable materials in accordance with hotel policies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures to avoid cross-contamination and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Report any faults or problems with diving equipment and cooperate with technical staff for repairs and maintenance.
