Job Description

We are a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground and are looking for hard-working individuals to join our growing team.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Safe operation of a commercial vehicle in a wide variety of conditions.
• Completion of all assigned deliveries and collection management within a given timeframe
• Use of a portable device to record all activities of the day.
• Maintain the security of all packages and equipment assigned for the day.
• Ability to lift, bend, carry and carry packages
• Organize and plan routes using area maps or route planning and navigation apps.
• Professional attitude and effective interaction with operations teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace, be self-motivated and work well alone and in a team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid and complete driver’s license
• Clean Driver Summary (no more than 1 violation in the last 3 years)
• Clean Criminal Background Check
• Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of one (1) year of commercial driving experience within the last (3) years (cube van, straight truck, step van/truck)

Integration and training:

All candidates must pass interviews, criminal background checks, and have a clean driving record and have not committed more than 1 traffic violation in the last 3 years to qualify for the role.
