What are you going to do?
It’s safe to say there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner; be knowledgeable in answering questions about merchandise items, prices and brands and provide information about TJX Canada promotions, policies and procedures, events and store locations.
Processing daily shipments, organizing and setting up the warehouse area; ensuring all goods are received, processed and that merchandise presentation standards are maintained - Demonstrate a high degree of customer service by processing all refunds, exchanges and purchases in accordance with company guidelines
- Assist with fitting room duties, including ensuring the counter area is clean, organized, and has adequate supplies in place, as well as assisting with customer questions
What you will need
To start your career with us, you will have:
- Completed high school education or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent customer service, communication (verbal and written) and time management skills
- The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
